Code63 Labs builds measurement and response systems for local businesses. This door exists because attribution is where measurement discipline dies first: every other number in a business gets reconciled eventually, but marketing spend gets renewed for years on self-graded vendor reports. In a live practice we measure, we watched the raw material of attribution — the spoken "how I found you" — evaporate at the desk daily, the same way a third of handled inquiries lost their next step in the records.

Our bias is archival: the truth about origins is usually already IN a business's records, unjoined. The trace joins it before anyone is asked to buy software.

What we can show you

• The measured findings — the numbers on this site come from a real engagement's records (anonymized; it's their data, we did the measuring), labeled as such, because honesty about evidence is a habit.
• A working demo of our measurement dashboards on realistic fictional data — email for a walkthrough link.
• Our estimate math, in public — the cost page shows the formula, the bands, and the reframe (flow, not loss), because an estimate that hides its assumptions is a guess in a suit.

The rules we work by

• Estimates are labeled estimates. Traces carry timestamps. The difference is the product.
• Prices are published. $500 discovery, builds from $2,500.
• No invented proof. No fake testimonials, no stock-photo team, no statistics we can't source — and no calling arriving revenue "lost."
• The AI is named. Report analysis is written by Claude, an AI model, from your answers — it says so in every report.
